Shipping and Delivery

We deliver everywhere in the world. We deliver all our products via Purolator. If you prefer to order on the phone, we will gladly serve you at 450-641-2100.

You may also:

- Collect your merchandise directly at our distribution center located in Boucherville.

Or

- Place a delivery order via Purolator at the address of your choice. Additional charges are applied directly on the bill. (Delivery charges are indicated upon purchase according to your location.)

Delivery delay

Please note a delay of approximately 3 to 4 business days before the order is received in store and delivered to your residence.

Once the order is placed, CickTire will contact you to inform you the approximate reception date of your merchandise.

For in-store receptions, the delay may take up to 2 to 4 days depending on the order. Once again, ClickTire will contact you upon reception of the order.

Return policy

Before delivery:

Clients will be charged 20% fee of the total amount of the order if any cancellations before the delivery.

After delivery:

Client has 30 days after the shipping date to return the merchandise received.

Merchandise must be in original packaging and unused. In the case where tires and wheels were delivered in a common package, the return of these will be refused if they have already been installed on the vehicle.

Delivery, installation and any other additional fees are not refundable.

All return fees for merchandise are to be covered by the client.

Deposits are non refundable.
